Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Brownies are the most eaten desert world over. Everyone loves to have good baked batch of brownies. They’re addictive and delicious treats for anytime of the day. No matter what region of the world you come from, chances are that you’ve eaten a brownie at some point in your life. Everyone has cravings for it once in a while and is on a search for a good and easy recipe of it.It’s a favourite thing at our place I can’t ever bake just one batch of these ones. They’re literally gone within seconds; not even enough time to even let them cool a little. As a kid I had no differentiation between chocolate cakes and brownies. It really made no difference, all that mattered was that it had chocolate so if there is chocolate: never say no was the rule. The key while baking this recipe is timing: if you over bake them, they become very dry and if you under bake them these become more like pudding. Either way it is still edible but it’s not a brownie. Any kind of baking requires precision and practice with time the recipe becomes perfect. Sometimes it takes years to master a recipe. The idea is to keep making and baking one recipe for a certain time to be served to your guests unless you are certain that the recipe is perfect and works every time. This recipe that I’m sharing of brownie works every time I have been baking it for years and it has never failed to impress me…..

Hope you and your family will enjoy it too like me and my family has done for years now.
